who are you?
name’s dj. 20 year old nursing student & veterinary assistant from a little city 30 miles southwest of cleveland, ohio.
why do you read this blog?
i stumbled on it one day and was just drawn into reading it. i’ve been reading for probably around a year. you have a very interesting life and your entries are honest, raw, and seem heartfelt.
what do you think this blog is about?
your life? i’m not sure what i’m supposed to answer with this. i know why i write and i know that my writing is for myself. it helps to clarify things for me when it’s literally in black and white staring me in the face. i would think that it would have similar reasons for you, but could be completely off.
I am Jenn (theflyingrat). I read this blog because you are an amazing person. You’re smart and clever and a billion other things. It’s about you. And your daughter. And your life. All the big things and the little things. The Betty things.
why do you read this blog?
Well, I started reading it for my I Promise blogroll. I end up reading virtually every post, though, because they’re just plain interesting.
what do you think this blog is about?
Continuing to move forward.

One day I was hoppign link to link, readin blogs when I came across yours. It was well written and that’s what stopped me since most aren’t.
What’s it about?
I’m supposing it’s self talk, thinking out loud. I find that’s what I do with mine.
why do you read this blog?
I stumbled upon this blog probably about a year ago. I was link hopping and I saw “geekbetty” as one of the links. Being a geek myself, I had to click on it.
I’ve been reading it ever since.
what do you think this blog is about?
It’s about your life, I suppose. What you like, what you love, what you don’t like–sort of like the old Morrissey song.
who are you?
Laney, a mom, artist, blogger, reader.
Why do you read this blog?
I found you while visiting my friend Joan’s blog (Shades of Joan)
I thought you were very honest, genuine and kind. I think the same things now that I read regularly, and also that you are smart and funny.
What do you think this blog is about?
connection, catharsis, creativity and love.
I’m awittykitty. I’ve been writing a blog for over 4 years. I’m a bipolar person on disability who discovered she has art ability in the last couple of years and its made a huge difference to my life.
I think you actually read me first. And then I started clicking over a few times when you were Sane Twin. And then I became a more permanent residence when you were BettytheGeek. I think you are one of the best writers I read. Truly Betty. I think we are similar in that our writing is cathartic for us and we need to do it. The only thing I can say is keep going. Because I think one day you’ll write a book and then you’ll HAVE to admit you’re as awesome as we all think you are. Neener!
I’m Roe.
I followed the bread crumbs (a comment on my blog) here and I ended up reading every post, because simply it makes me feel.
I think it’s about progression.
Massimo. I am keeping a -low profile- photoblog to have an excuse for taking photos, and talk about whatever the images compel me to talk about.
why do you read this blog?
I stumbled on it following a link from “selfportraitchallenge”. I was intrigued. Then I start reading, and I realized I have a friend that reminds me of you. I will keep reading… I love the way you write.
Hi. It’s me again. I just came back to say that I’d like to blogroll ya. OK? I think you’re hilarious and we have so much in common, I can’t help but want to. If you want, you do the same.
My name is Cathy Reed, I live in Hawaii with my family.
I am 33.
I found you on accident.
I read the blog because it has a ring of truth to it. The kind the world can relate to no matter who you are.
I’d like to help.
You need a publisher.
Cathy
who are you?
A mom, grandmother, artist, animal lover, reader, and a lot of other stuff.
why do you read this blog?
This is probably the most intersting blog I’ve ever read. I like what & how you write, the pictures, your wardrobe, and your list of bedside books.

I was trying to think of a really clever answer, no luck there. I think it’s about you.
Why do you read this blog?
Just found it, linking from other blogs. First up, a geek girl – gotta be good. Second up – your profile – made me laugh out loud. My kind of gal.
